About to get a set of Lower control arms and a panhard rod and I was just wondering how hard they are to install. Any tips or links would be great thanks.

4 bolts on the LCAs and 2 on the PHB....

my stock bolts were 17mm i think, and the replacement ones that BMR sent were 18mm i beleive.

the LCA bolts are a little tricky to get to with a socket wrench...have an end wrench handy.

do one side at a time with the LCA, and a second person is helpful to move the axle if it shifts.

The bolts on the PHR only go through the bracket one way, so pay attention when you remove them.

Should I jack the car up when I do it or not?

Absolutely!!! Jack it up and support it on the frame, not the rear. Take one side off at a time. The stock bolts/nuts are 18mm. Take them out, drop out the lca, put the new one in. A good size pry bar helps line everything up. The PHR bolt head is a 13/16 and the nut is an 18mm. You may have to remove the pass side coil spring to get the bolt out since it goes in through the back.

One thing to add to this, is DON'T fully tighten the bolts when you re-install them. You want the car's weight on the suspension when you torque the bolts all the way down; this helps the suspension move properly and helps prevent squeeks.

Just finished installing the LCAs and the PHR this morning. It was pretty easy, it just took me a while because my driveway is slanted and my car sits pretty low. Thanks for everyones help :D

Huntr1117,
I am thinking of changing mine out to. Did you notice a big difference?

The rear seems to be more stiff especially around corners. The overall ride quality seems smoother too. I haven't had a chance to get on it yet, so I don't know if it helped with traction or not. I think that it was money well spent.
