true duals system. Longtubes into an offroad xpipe with 2 bullet mufflers. Pretty common.

That's a little too unrefined for me, then again I'm a 'vette guy at heart.

Do you think its stock internals? Didnt sound like it had a cam. All the true duals set up with bullets that I have heard have never been that loud.

Could just be quality of the video and quality of sound. Could also depend on cats/no cats, longtubes, LT1 or LS1, the brand of cats, the brand of bullet mufflers, H or X pipe, NO H or X pipe, cutouts, etc.

Sounds like a small block Can it get out of it's own way? The loudest or exhaust isn't always the most conducive for horsepower and torque. Depending on what kind of engine you r running having no backpressure could take away Anyway, just thought I'd put in my 2 cents.......car sounds bad ***. But get on any LT1 or LS1 like that kid did and it's gonna sound pretty damn mean!

Wtf? Did you even watch the video?

First off, it's a 2000 Camaro
secondly, it's an SS
Thirdly, it's NOT BLACK AT ALL. It's red with the anniversary stripes.
fourthly... There's no front licenseplate, so that narrows it down a good bit, too

That narrows it down a LOT. Still going to be hard to track down, but it's not anywhere near some "black LS1" which accounts for a huge number of cars

Okay lamer. Take a nap so you don't log on so full of **** & vinegar next time.

LOL It's a red 2000 SS? You got that from the 1/2 second of closeup footage, eh? Second, 2002 was the year of the anniversary edition. If it's just a 2000 SS it could still be any number of red 2000+ camaros with stripes & a hood-- there are quite a few out here alone. Either that or chevy released the rare 33rd anniversary edition. 2nd No front license plate is some kind of distinguishing mark? Thousands of people don't mount their front plate-- I don't, none of my friends do either, looks better that way, so no go there. 3rd, ever think about the possibility that the person in the video isn't part of the message board? Think before you rip on someone else for making a mistake about color at 5:30 in the morning. Furthermore, red is by far the most popular color for fbodies, so thanks for backing up my statement even more.

Yes I see the body colored side mirrors, available on year 2000+ Making it one out of a mere 26,684 red 2000+ camaros. If it's a true 2002 anniversary SS you've narrowed your search down to a little over 1500 cars. Again, good luck. I tend to believe it's not an anniversary edition camaro because of the wheels, so it's just another clone camaro... putting the search back at square one.

Re: Who's LS1 SS is this?? It sounds amazing!

Dude, are you ****ing color blind? That car is NOT black.

And yeah, what I said DOES narrow it down. We're not talking about ****ing stock numbers, here. The more details about a car, the quicker you can find the actual car.

You can blatantly see the car is red, and that it DOES have some sort of white striping.

Again, even if that's NOT factory, it still narrows it down a LOT. There are FEWER 2000's red/white stripe camaros than there are 2002 red/white stripe.
Why? Because the anniversary editions DID come that way stock. 2000's didn't.. So somebody would, like you said, have to have CLONED one. Which narrows it down a good ****in bit.

The front plate.. It doesn't necessarily narrow it down to a region, no.. but it does narrow it down atleast somewhat--and that's what you're looking for. Little things that show a car's uniqueness.

"ever think about the possibility that the person in the video isn't part of the message board?"
What the **** are you talking about? That's EXACTLY why the guy posted, and that's exactly why I stated some things to help narrow it down, where as you were saying "It's some black camaro".. which is a statement that helps nobody...

Your first statement implies that you think the car is still black. The second comment you made implies that you admit you were wrong and your excuse is that it was 5:30 in the morning. I don't think I have to go on any further.
