want to set my suspension up so it wll hook good at the track and look and handle good on the street.

i was thinking of buying two sets of springs. drag launch kit and the pro kit. but swaping them out seems like alot of hassle.

im gonna do a sphoon adjustible torque arm, adjustible pan hard, sub frames. lower controll arms. and what ever else. Im gonna run a 26x11.5x16 et street on the track with skinnies on the front.

what would be a good spring and shock set up that i could do that would me easy to change for the street and the drag strip? i want it lowered 1.5'' for the street. do they make a coil over for the back of my car? i might get the qa1 coil overs for the front. but i cant find them for the back.

i want to get close to a 1.6 60', im doing the same set up in my sig but a 383 on some squeeze.

I think the tires are a much bigger factor in the suspension until you get into a faster range than we are talking about. I have the 1LE suspension pieces and cut low 1.5's.

The 1LE package was a seldom ordered option on F-bodies. The content varied in different years, if you Google it you can find out a lot more. But the relevant content is that the package included stiffer springs, shocks, and sway bars. It is a "road race" oriented suspension, certainly not optimized for drag racing.
