Why eastside perfomance sucks

So eastside was doing a big sale so I decided to buy a set of leather seats they had. I had sent numerous messages to them asking questions about the seats and kept getting responses saying they are "perfect" yatta yatta yatta. Figuring since they are a shop with some reputation I trusted them and bought the seats. The other day I took out my old seats and was going to put the new ones in when I noticed that the passanger seat is basically useless until a ruin a good seat to transfer over the bottoms. The track and where the track mounts to on the bottom of the seat is bent. I have sent them messages that have been read but I have gotten no response. I tried not to turn it into a big deal but they leave me no choice. I will never buy from these people again and I hope many of you think twice before you do. Damn that sucks man sorry to hear about that! I woul post this on ls1tech so they can see and hopefully make the situ right.

When I got "screwed over" by NuTek Motors or atleast when they tried to I contacted my credit card company and they reimbursed me then they went after them I guess they were going to put a lein on their business .
I will only buy from a company if they take credit cards no exceptions . If you can and I say if you can send them back and contact your credit card company , but keep your shipping receipt so you can prove the return to them and keep all e-mail too .

They will not do anything, they've already blown me off. I have posted the same thing in a few forums on LS1 tech. I just want other people to keep from getting jacked.

you have NOT been blown off, you need to pick up the phone and call Ken at the shop and this will be taken care of,you inspected the seats in person when you bought them, now you have found a problem but for some reason refuse to call the shop to handle this matter :confused:

like we have posted on ls1tech please call the shop
and talk to Ken and this will be taken care of

East Side is very good shop and good people. glad it worked out. :cool:
