A few questions on the Mcleod Street Twin

Greetings all, im putting a T56 (Borg Warner from a 94 TA) in my LT1 Buick station wagon and am really leaning towards the Mcleod Street Twin setup. I currently have no clutch parts or flywheel so the package deal of including a flywheel and complete clutch assembly makes it a pretty good deal in my case. I know that it comes with an adjustable MC but sense i dont have any of the stock gm hydraulic lines and they are only available as a complete assembly from GM im leaning towards just piecing it together with aftermarket components. Also It seems like the GM system is impossible to bleed if you disassemble it which i might have to do during installation


what do you think about spending another $200 or so on the Mcleod slave or is there another make you guys suggest? I like the fact that the McLeod actually has a bleeder on it =)

Also is there anyone that makes a reasonably priced metal reservoir?

I guess id be using AN line to interconnect the reservoir, master, and slave. Is there a specific grade and fitting that would be recommended to handle the line pressure?

Last question, I know the street twin includes a flywheel, PP, disks, and some other stuff (floaters?). What other parts will i need to install it that are from the stock system, throw out bearing?

The twin comes w/ everything you need to install including a t/o bearing.. I'd say get the mcleod setup and find a old slave around the board somewhere.. it's faily easy to bleed the systme via a vacuum pump...
