should i rent the House out for Super Bowl?
Should I rent my empty house in St Marys GA for the Super Bowl?
it's about 45 miles/minutes from Downtown Jacksonville,
about ~10 miles off interstate, exit 1 in GA, only 5 turns.
4 br / 2 ba, 2 car garage.
It's got no furniture, and new carpet, but it's just setting there empty, except for the sister in laws crap.
and no heat or AC, but i could get that fixed real quick...
