A few races

I was on may way home from work and some young guy pulls up next to my 94 M6 Z28 at the light with his Honda CRX. He had an aftermarket exhaust and wheels. He started to rev his engine and looked over at me dead serious. So, I thought, OK, maybe he has NOS or something. Well, unfortunately for him, he didn't have NOS or anything else. By the time I reached 45mph I had already put so much distance on him I'm not sure but maybe it was like 5 car lengths. So, I shut it down. I had to make a right, so I turned. He turned as well and I look up in the rear view mirror and he's waving his hands around like a gangster. I guess I dissed him or something.

Last summer, I was on my way home from work. This sweet looking Mustang, I'm guessing it was a 71 convertable, pulls up next to me. It had green paint and the top was down. Some aftermarket wheels and it looked great. The light was about to turn green so I reved it up to 3K to launch. My car has flowmasters so it's pretty loud. The light turned green and the Mustang got on it. His car was so loud I couldn't hear my engine. It was a pretty good race, but he was at my back bumper when we reached 55 and we both shut it down. I gave him the thumbs up and he returned one.

I also raced a new M3. We raced from 0-45 and he beat me by about half a car length. Oh well. Can't win them all.

What mods do you have? Good races.

All I have is a vortech elbow, hypertech power programmer III, K&N filter (not cai), Flowmaster cat back, lightweight alum 17" wheels with 275 tires, spec stage 4 clutch, MSI ignition coil with superconductor wires, factory 3.75 gears, and about 50 pounds of sound system. My car is very well maint because my brother is a Chevy mechanic.

3.75 gears? what car dop u have?

Maybe I got it mixed up with 3.73 gears. It's one of those two. The date of manufacture is 12/93.
