For those of you in the Southern Cali area, IMMORTALS are having a SPEEDZONE day, Saturday Feb 5. The time is from 4 pm until the last person leaves.

Speedzone has a restaurant, bar, arcade to the main event of racing in fast go-karts. They even have dragsters there for an insane ride. Check out the links and looking to see many of you there, may the best dragster win!

Are you renting the place or just showing up? Saturday nights are pretty busy. I went with the SC3G a few Sundays ago for their $10 unlimited thing, and it was hardly busy.

I'll pass the word out that we're doing this again.

 

We are showing up, we have great turnouts of 20 or more. We will be doing great things, like presenting our Februry 2005 Car of the Month, we will unveil a board covering all 2004 events.

Do they have a buy a wristband and get unlimited rides deal on Saturday? Otherwise its going to get expensive at $3-4 a race...

 

Saturday nights there are no wristbands...just a lot of people, some are drunk. Lines are gonna be out the *** left and right. How do I know? I work there...

If you go mid day it'll be bad ***...possibly dead. But at night you're going to have a hell of a time parking and such...

We will be parking towards the rear of Speedzone so we have our space. We will have Camaro's, Firebirds, GTO's and probably some Impala's. We have friends that drive other performance cars in the mix too. Look for the crowd with the IMMORTALS banner, board, etc.

 

I just realized Feb 5th is our thirdgen club meeting, so my group wont be there... Catch you next time.

 

Just to let you know that parking lot fills up. So get there early if you wanna park together. My name is Chris, but there's 3 Chris' that work there...so choose wisely my son. Anyways, you guys have fun...
