Jsut wondering... I know it says not to but what if I waited longer wait period to remove it or something.

Could I put on a coat, leave it on for 2-6 horus or something(with ZFX) then Z6 it, let it sit a little, then put on another coat?

Like say maybe do ~6 coats in a 24 period, maybe 12 coats in 2-3 days, car sits whole time and doesn't move.

Car will be washed, dawned, and claybared before process starts and in a garage.

I like doing super detailing maybe visit my parents for a day or two and zaino the piss out of the car. I will likely have have a '01 6-speed C5 to drive while my car sits.

With using the ZFX you don't have to wait. As soon as it is dry, remove it and start the next application. You can do 3 back to back coats with using tyhe ZFX. My son does 3 coats in an hour.

More than 3 coats in 24 hours is not recommended, however, I know people who have done more without any problems. I'd stick with the 3 coats in 24 hours.

Kinda interested in using up my Z2 to try out Z2 pro, and like to do all my work in one weekend.

After 2 layers, you're not really adding anything, but if it makes you sleep better, go ahead. If you do more than 3 in 24 hours, nothing bad will happen. Hell, you'll probably even think the paint looks better due to the placebo effect which is why everyone thinks waxes/sealants do all the work anyways.

Not quite true. I run a detailing business and I use Zaino, and on most cars, you can tell the difference between 2 coats and...say 4 coats.

Just gonna say the same... thing... I have only done a max of 3 layers, 6 layers in a months time.

People slightly noticed my car after the full claying and the first 3 layers... After just a wash and 3 more layers, my car REALLY changed.

You seem to be stuck in thinking that after 2 layers nothing will happen but zaino is not a cleaner wax....

....HOnestly I think I am starting to hate zaino, not sure I cna go a day without asking a question on a board and someone tell me its crap, there is better stuff, or I am doing it completely wrong.

And I say this everytime on like 3 message boards I frequent and not one person responds...

What costs less, lasts longer, and looks as good as zaino. So find me something that makes me only have to wash my car once a month, in FL and people always tell me it looks great for ~6 months, but costs less then Zaino.

AND REMEMBER, just because you buy a product for less but it doesn't come with a claybar, applicators, or carwash, you still have to shell out money for that as well.

Ok, have a look at Klasse. I'm sure 2 "layers" of Klasse SG will last close to a year. It's an acrylic sealant as opposed to polymer.

Anyways, ALL liquid waxes/sealants have solvents/petroleum distillates, which prevents them from layering, but helps them spread easily. I apply twice to ensure even coverage, and that's it. The amount that actually stays on the paint is so thin that I don't think it would be possible to put a full layer on without removing the previous one.

Of course you can. Ever hear of the Placebo effect?

Hey, I sleep better on sugar pills!

Heh, not trying to be a dick or anything, but it's true. :)

Zaino was DEVELOPED to layer. You can apply as few or as many coats as you want. The shine and depth with Zaino gets better and better with each coat. After about 5 or 6 coats you don't get much of an improvement in shine with extra coats. I add extra coats for increased protection and to keep swirls at a minimum and keep a nice finish. Cmr0z28, I don't know if you have ever used Zaino or not, but you obviously don't know much about it.

Maybe you didn't read what I wrote. I detail cars all the time.......And you CAN tell the difference if done properly. No placebo involved at all. Maybe you can't tell the difference on YOUR car, but on all the cars I do....EVERYONE can tell. Kinda kills your placebo theory.

BTW, acrylic IS a polymer.
