was in a 1998 1 ton. It needs valve seals. That is all I know, The guy I bought it off said he could get me the service records. The motor turns over real nicely.

if you are interested make me a offer. But no lowballs the heads generally go for $500 complete and it comes with a 4 bolt main block that is complete too which is generally worth $500.
I think these were rated at 270hp stock, but I could be wrong. Need money to fund new project.

I would use your shortblock assembly as a backup for my ZZ4 crate engine, and I wouldn't need the heads at all. If you decide to break it up, call me.
