Desperately NEED one silver (or black painted) salad shooter

What the title says, but I really don't want to have to pay more than $20 or so including shipping, so it'd probably be best if you were around the Chicago area..

I have one with a tire on it i would let go for $50 shipped. The shipping on the rim itself is gonna run 20+

Don't need a tire though, the tire is in perfect condition still with about 500 miles on it. As for shipping...that's why I was hoping for something local
