NOS help

I just pulled my engine and i'm port and polishing my heads and my intake, plus putting a lt4 hotcam in the car. I have been about putting NOS on the car, but i think it fake horse power. I just like the purge :D
what do i need to do special to the car to put just a little 75 shot on the car?
Do i have to get a MSD box for it ??? :confused: ??? I hope not

only thing you need for a 75 shot is non platinum plugs and make sure the fuel system is in good shape.

I think its fake because you have to push a button to get the horse power. I bought brand new spark plugs I guess the stock ones. So I have to buy different ones?

Hook it up to your throttle switch, then you won't have to push any button other than the gas pedal. Easy!

Nitrous: its what the guy that just whooped you has :-D

The only car I have ever built with out nitrous was my 88mm turbo car.. but it pounded 1000+hp with out juice. :D

Nitrous is most certainly not fake or cheating. I think people get butthurt about it because they don't have it and get beat by "lesser" cars. Don't get me wrong, I would love to have a $3,500 blower setup, but my $325 N2O setup gives me the same gains and gets me by just fine. :D

ok ok ok guys I get the point. I want to get it, and i agree i dont either have 3500 bucks sitting around for a charger. So where is the best place to get the JUICE :D . I think my car hauls ass now and after i do the cam , intake and heads i really think its going to haul ass, but. . . I do need the JUICE because in june i have a race against a 99 vette. If I win I get the vette if I lose . . . well lets just say I won’t be on the message board anymore.

What does the Vette have done to it? If its just a stock ls1 vette then u wouldnt even need nitrous after your build up.
