I need a new place to live. The drive-by and the fires have led me to believe that UCF property isnt the safest place to live. I am looking for a modest rental house with a 3 car garage, indoor shooting range, and olympic-sized pool.

 

Go to alafaya and Curry ford, and take a right, few neighborhoods down there that rent out houses, nice area, my boss rented out there while his place was being built a few peopel I had class with were out there and we worked on projects...

I saw lots of places that were 3 bed 2 bath, 4 bed 3 bath and they were like $900-1400 to rent. Just drive around you will see signs in the yard. I haven't looked in a long while because after a month of looking we started the townhouse instead.

Also another place is go down McCulloch towards the back of UCF check out the neighborhoods behind UCF, there are newer areas and older houses, that I knew alot of people rented. The older places didn't look to nice but they were clean and neat inside and dirt cheap. Like $700 for a 2 bed 2 bath, 2 car garage.



you could always move into "Da Reach" if you don't mind Puerto Rican thugs, kids that play in the street, mile high speed bumps, and ghetto neighbors. Its ghetto but seems like most of my neighbors leave the neighborhood to steal stuff. The cops don't have regular patrols but they do come by park and pick up and question people a few times a week.

 

P.S. whats wrong with the truck?

 

I think i'm just going to wait till they give me the lease to resign to start looking for a place to move into...i've decided i'm not going to look for roommates, just look for someone with a house already and move in with them...woulda been nice to own my own house sometime soon...

so if anyone is renting out a room sometime around august or september..my lease ends at the end of september, but i might be able to move in in august

 

i know a guy renting out 2 rooms in his house. he lives in the estates of andover lakes, which is off curry ford rd. he's a car guy, drives a 95 firehawk, and works on his and friend's cars all the time. if you're into that you'll fit right in.

 

lol well i'm a chic, i do enjoy working on cars, just don't get to..

wish i could get out of my lease early..how far from ucf is his house?

he moved down from ny i believe w/ his g/f. they live together and need to rent out their two extra rooms. they're both really cool people and its a very nice house. if you're interested i can ask if he's still looking for someone and you guys can meet to see if you'd want to live together.
