trans and differental question

when should you have the trans (manual 6spd) oil and differental oil drained and replaced?

I did it at the beggining of every race season when I had the M6. If you do not race alot, every couple of years would be fine. I always do my maintenence sp? alot more often than nessesary, but then again I love my car.
