Eibach Spring install

I woke up early this morning excited to put on my new eibach prokit springs only to find a few obstacles Weather real cold windy rainy and my repair manual says to remove the master cylinder from the booster. DANG!
Is this necessary or is there some other way? Do I have to bleed brakes after removing master cylinder?? How long does it take to install all four springs?

The master cylinder is in the way to get to 2 of the torx bolts that mount the top of the upper shock flange. The master cylinder mounts to the vacuum brake booster with 2 15mm nuts. Remove these 2 nuts and you can pull the master cylinder out of the way without opening up the fluid system (no bleeding necessary).
