some pc stuff for sale

Im upgrading my pc, so I'll have a nice ATI 7500 agp video card for sale and my AMD athlon (sp?) 800mhz mother board for sale. also some speakers, cheap old mouse, maybe more, dependin on what I have to upgrade to go along with the new mother board. oh, and an sound card too :D

is it the CPU (800mhz) + the motherboard? What brand/model motherboard is it? I may be interested in using it to upgrade my moms from her 500mhz.

gigabyte amd K7 series main board. thats what the box says. so yes, seperate mother board and processer. about 2 years old. works perf. and I'll incl. the mem. which (i think) 256mb RAM. make me a reasonable offer. Im not sure what its worth, but let me know what you think is a fair price and I'll let ya know.
