Panhard Bar Replacement Options

Currently I'm running a stock style panhard bar on my 95 Firebird.

I have a 67 Camaro that has been back halfed that uses a track locator that extends from the lower front left heim end (bolted to the frame) to the lower back right heim end (bolted to the axle housing) of the four link. This eliminates the binding associated with panhard bars.

I have seen a wishbone locator. Some mounted below the axle housing ( where it can be ripped off hitting a pot hole) and above the housing(packaging issues).

I was considering a watts linkage, but it takes up a lot of room and looks complicated.

Has anyone used a track locator in a road race situation?
I want to work this out before I do anymore exhaust mods.
