Anybody in SW PA or Baltimore Area?

Like the title says, is anybody near either of these areas? Reason I ask is because there are cars in those 2 areas that I'm looking at online, but if somebody else could look at them for me quick (in person), I'd appreciate it so I didn't have to make 3+ hour trips there for nothing.

EDIT: The one of Franconia is now confirmed to be sold.

I drove by there on xmas, wish I knew not sure when Ill be going by there again though
