Can't get my driveshaft disconected

I am trying to do a rear end swap and the only things left are the shocks, LCA's, brake line over the rear, and the driveshaft. I removed the two c shaped clamp things that connect the shaft to the rear end and it looks like the shaft has to slide forward for the shaft to drop out but it will not move at all in any direction. Am I missing something or just not using enough elbow grease?
It was taken out about 8k miles ago for a tranny rebuild and its the stock peice.

Did you remove the (4) bolts from the rear end yoke to drop the shaft from the rear????

Yeah, just needs to move forward a little - nothing else holding it in.

Then its hanging up in the tranny, its just spline to spline and needs to broken free. Itis a tight fit with the splines and seal.
