i heard that with the kooks you can change your spark plugs from up top :o if that's true thats pretty damn impressive considering i cant even see my spark plug wires from the top lol

I bought some 1 3/4 Kook's headers and just got them installed. The fit is great. The ground clearance is pretty good. It's much better than any other long tubes I've ever seen. I didn't install all the plugs yet, but the plug clearance looks great. The dipstick tube is in the way of #6 plug, but it can be bent out of the way.

Some notes:
Headers weigh 24 lbs, Y-pipe weighs 13 lbs.
The package comes with bolts, connectors, and gaskets. Everything you need.
The supplied gaskets are just the right size for the headers. Fel-Pro 1406 gaskets are a little small and need trimming.
Driver side header slides in easily.
Passenger side header goes in after jacking the engine up.
The detail work is beautiful on these headers. For example, they are welded inside, and the welds are ground smooth for maximum airflow. There is a merge cone on the inside of the collector. The welds are excellent. Flanges are thick.

They are expensive, but are awesome headers. They are 304 stainless and will probably last forever. I think they are the best headers made for our cars.
