My cars a STAR!!! Actually just thought I'd share incase you watched Fox news tonight and saw a thirdgen. It was me! I was test driving my car out (for the first time in 4 months) in the neighborhood behind mine and they were filming about speeders. I must have passsed by the reporters like 5 times and they must of thought I was TRYING to get on tv. I didn't really even know they were filming when I passed by. If you missed it its on again at like 2 or 3AM tonight again. Anyway Just thought it was pretty cool to see and hear my car on TV for the first time!

Thanks. I just thought it was pretty funny to see my car on the news. I was driving my car for the first time in 4 months and happen to see the news people standing there on the corner right behind my house and didn't make anything of it. I was going back and fourth down that street a few times testing to see if my guages were working correctly after the dash swap. Saw the camera set up the first few times I passed but noone was standind next to it. The last time I passed by them, which had to have been when they shot my car, they look as if they packing the camera away. I guess after seeing the report I could have legally been doing 55mph through the neighborhood. I was actually only doing 30mph! Had I know they were taping me I would have lit the tires up

Just for the hell of it, from my computer desk I can see the whole stretch of that road and do all day long and RARELY, IF EVER do I see anyone driving anywhere near 55mph or driving dangerously down there anyway

 

That one guy one the news that they interviewed in your neighborhood was scary. I thought he was going to have a stroke just talking about the speeders.

 

LOL that woulda been so funny if you would have just lit them up. The news reporters would probably appreciate it just to prove that people drive dangerously down that road. Even though you said people don't and that guy is proably just making up crap to get attention. I live in Tenn so i wouldnt' have seen the video anyway.
