There is a bolt to hold the pulley... you can get all you need at home depot

the fitting from my oil pan (because i damaged the old one and got another one) I got from Home depot... find a 3/8 male fitting with 5/8 hose fitting...

you need a washer and screw for the pulley... i forgot to include the key.. there is a small key and i'm sure you can get that from ANY machine shop at $5.

8-rib belts i will have to get one also as i sent you mine the 8rib i get it from a local parts store...

the return line you can get at home depot.. hey.. you live in canada, don't know if you have Home Depot.. can you confirm?

Re: Where to buy parts???

Personally I had a -8an fitting welded onto my oil pan and am using a -8an oil return line. For the feed I'm using a -4AN line like provided in the kit, with a fitting above the oil filter.

T-clamps should be available from Summit or Jegs, not positive though. Many performance retail outlets have them as well. Also maybe try truck parts stores.

T clamps are probably cheaper at Peterbilt, Freightliner, mack, volvo type truck dealers. I have a parts guy in my pocket so thats where I get all of that stuff...
They have some silicone hose connectors as well...

Re: Where to buy parts???

You can have a nice braided line professionally made for about $35 bucks.

Check out the local diesel supply shop as well as some of the high performance shops. I had mine made at a place that does nothing but specialized plumbing products (hoses, fittings, etc...).

Re: Where to buy parts???

Check with your local Parker, Aeroquip, or Swagelock (sp?) dealer. They should be able to make you a hose and suppy needed fittings. They'll probably carry JIC instead of AN though, unless you want to order and wait for AN. Regardless, you can get a much nicer hose than the vortech OE hose, for about 1/2 the cost.

I buy my t-clamps and silicone couplers from www.hitempsilicone.com; fast shipping, always seem to have the stuff in stock and their prices are far better than anywhere else I've come across so far. I've always talk to a guy named Jim there...he's very friendly and customer oriented.

Re: Where to buy parts???

For the oil feed line, I had a local hydraulic shop make me a new one for $14 including parts and labor. He made it on the spot in just a few minutes. You can select your own length that way as well...
