I recently got a 93 v6 3.4 camaro. I'm only 16 and its my first car so far. I was wondering what kind of small things I can do that wont cost tons of money to give it more power? Any suggestions? Thanks

Anyways, most people start off modding with a "cat-back" exhaust system and/ or a "CAI" or cold air intake. The cold air intake is basically a tube that runs from your throttle body to the front corner of the engine bay with a filter attached, you can make one with parts from Home Depot for about $60, or if you want a pretty one I suggust a K&N FIPK. The K&N FIPK for a LT1 fits a 3.4 like yours. ianwells100 12-08-2004, 11:03 PM do a home made cold air intake, about $30 in parts.. that'll help a lot.... other than that... cut out (wont sound good, but its cheap) atl2001 12-09-2004, 12:55 AM do a home made cold air intake, about $30 in parts.. that'll help a lot.... other than that... cut out (wont sound good, but its cheap) i agree InViSiBleViCTiM 12-09-2004, 03:49 PM Its automatic transmission.. Where can I get information on making my own cold air intake? MysticTeal 95 V6 12-09-2004, 05:28 PM If you haven't done so already, check out http://www.firebirdv6.com . It has all the information you're looking for plus plenty more. It was among one of my favorite sites to hang out on when I owned a V6. oil pan 4 12-09-2004, 05:59 PM If you ever get real deep into it here are my mods plus way more. mods (http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/513476/6) | ||
