Has the intermediate pipe, muffler, and tailpipes and tips. I removed it in one piece so no welding is needed. Has a nice sounding GM muffler pt no. 10289836, not sure if thats one of GM's performance mufflers or what. I can deliver it in the orlando area. Kumar
