LT1-6spd differentials

I'm pretty sure all LT1/6spd cars got a 3.42 posi rear, but what type of diff was put in these cars? Was it an Auburn style? Eaton clutch style? Eaton Gov-loc? Something else?

93 6 spds. all got 3.23s, I think...
I also think that all LT1s got Auburn (clutch style) diffs.
I don't know if any LS1s got them or not, but I know they switched to a Zexel Torsen (gear type) sometime.
