A problem I had when looking for exhaust was finding good sound clips. Now that I have full exhaust I figured I'd help others out in making a video of it and my friend Adam decided he'd do the same. The videos are of my car (the ones starting with 99v6cam) and my friends Adam's firebird (predatorbird ones). He has a 3.4L Firebird with a catco 3" cat and TSP Rumbler exhaust. I have a 3.8L Camaro with Pacesetter headers, magnaflow 3" cat, and SLP loudmouth. Here's the link http://www.turbov6camaro.com/video/CV6SLP/v6rev/
Please voice your opinions and questions.

Ugh, dunno what the problem is, I downloaded 'em from there fine. Some people on fuelslut were saying they had no sound too yet others got it just fine as well...

I had to right click and save as but I was able to watch all 4 videos. When I watched the rev videos on both cars I though the exact same thing. Sounds very nice on idle but not too good at high rpms. There was a lot of snap, crackle and pop going on especially with the red firebird. The driving videos were not too bad. Sounded good on the first pass but as you guys turned around and really got on it I could hear the high rpm's are not sounding as good.
Both cars definately sounded better then my old 99 Camaro and I like the WS6 hood on the firebird. I'm guessing at a red light he probably has had a few mustangs, f-bodies, turbo imports or whatever rev at him thinking he was a Formula WS6.
BTW you have a brake light out on the Camaro (but I'm sure you saw that on the video too, Lol). Excellent job shooting those videos. I could see and hear the cars perfectly.

Yepp I know about the brake light :-p Adam (guy with the firebird) has told me a a few people who thought he was a v8. I've had a few even with my v6 emblems. In fact the other day an STi told me that he thought I put em on to trick people. When I told him it was really a 6 he was like damn, you exhaust sounds mean :) The camera's microphone takes alot of tone away from my exhaust and it sounds throatier and alot louder in person. The firebird only pops doing idle revs, mine does it with idle revs and if I slow down in gear (but it isn't loud pops like his). The thing I like most about my exhaust is that it isn't loud inside the car :D

My thoughts exactly. Borlas exhaust for the V6 3.8L Camaro sounds really-really nice. Of course it costs more monies but hey, look for it on ebay and get it cheaper. :)
