I installed 6 new Roford Fosgaet speakers in my car. From day one the front drivers side distorts when I turn it up and now the passengers side sounds like its blown. So I think I have to replace that one again. They are powered with two Pioneer amps 100x4 and 100x2 so there’s 100 watts to each speaker. I ram new wires from the amps in the back to each speaker. Anyone else have this problem??? How are your similar systems run???

Well, what are the speakers rated at and how are your gains set?

Thats the problem. You have your gain set WAY too high. Your amps are most likely going into hard clipping with the gain set that high.

I would say that first off you have your gains way off, 2nd your overpowering the speakers, and 3rd something else doesn't sound right if they aren't that loud...
I'd say you're probably clipping the amp, have blown a speaker or 2, and need some info on what you are using for inputs to the amplifiers...
I've got 75Wrms going to my fronts, and 100Wrms going to my rears and my ears HURT from listening to them while cranked...

if i disconnect the two front speakers. Or well the one that still works  i can crank it much much louder and it sounds better. So for some reason it is just my front speakers  . These speakers are connected to the 2 channel amp however i did try switching to the other amp and still have the same problem.

what speakers do you have installed up front Vs in the back? different, same, etc? Also how are you feeding 6 inputs with 4 outputs from the HU?
You may also have a bad amplifier or connections somewheres in the front speakers as well. I would say when the 1 broke, it's sucking the juice and not letting the other one work properly.
