Anyone running the 295 F1 supercar tires?

I just won a set on Ebay of the 295/35/18 Goodyear F1 tires of a Z06 with some miles on them. According to the ratings on Tirerack they sound like they should grab pretty good, I'm just curious if anyone here has used them and how well they hooked up on the street/strip.

I only had a chance to take a ZO6 for a ride once. And I only gave it a little gas, but the tires seemed to work real well. I've also heard those tires are a great choice. Tell us how you like them when you put them on.

Yeah I imagine they must hook pretty well if they are standard on the Z06. I'm putting them on 18x9.5 C5 wheels, I've heard they fit on them pretty well. I'll definitely post up on how they hook, they've got to be better then the bald runflats I have on them now :)

my nittos are just about shot so gonna need new tires for summer-

im running same rims with nitto 555's with a 40 sidewall now and i cant get **** for traction ever - im getting slicks for my other rims for the track but around town i am not impressed with the nittos at all

They'll fit fine on your wheels. I have 295/35/18 tires on my 18x9.5" C5 wheels.
