I am buying a 1993 Camaro. I have an extra Bose radio from my current 95 Z28. What do I need to do to put the bose in the 93? Do i need to pull out all the wiring from the 95? Any help in this area will be great. I have no idea about how to work with radios. I hope for a direct switch if possible.

If the 93 doen't have a bose system, then it probably wouldnt be worth converting everything over to bose which would include bose speakers and sub. Bose isnt compatable with other manufactures.

Bose was available in 93s and other than yellow coloring on the radio, it was pretty much the same thing as a 94 Bose system.
The major difference between a 93-94 system and a 95 system is that 95s got a 5 speaker system and 93-94s only had 3. The 95 headunit will work in a 93 though, provided it is already bose equipped. (even if it has a cassette bose deck right now)
If you want to convert to the 5 speaker system, you will need a 95 sub box, its wiring harness and the rear 2 speakers.
