are LS1 upper balljoints/UCA's the same as an LT1?

My upper balljoints are still good but getting tired and I'll be replacing my lower balljoints and tierod ends with Moog in the next couple weeks. I have a chance to pick up some LS1 ('00 TA) upper control arms with fresh balljoints on them and wondering if they'd fit. I'm not so worried about the uppers, but would prefer something a little fresher than the 120k stockers.

I'd suggest you replace your bushings while you're at it. By the way, Moog upper ball joints are fairly cheap; something to consider if the LS1 setup isn't free.

I'm almost positive that they are the same.

All the ones I priced here are about $45 apiece...not trying to cheapskate, just trying to make it work until I get put moog ones on there. All these mods, tires, etc leave a guy broke!

Using good LS1 balljoints is temporary until I get put the moog uppers in there. The lowers and tierod ends are cheap enough that I can shell out for them right now.
