Monsoon CD changer to RCA adapter???

does anybody make an adapter for the stock monsoon cd head unit that will adapt the cd changer input to an RCA compatable input. I know that there are many available for common aftermarket companies like sony and alpine, but can i get one for the monsoon cd player?

if not is it possible to canabalize and existing adapter's harness to fit to the back of the monsoon. because arnt the wires just: ground, constant power, accesory power, left audio, right audio etc...? Wouldnt i just have to figure out which wire is which and connect the proper ones to an RCA cable??
