new to turbos

i have a few guestions. l found a old but never used rajay 301 e 10 turbo and manifold from a carberated kit. would the manifold be good to use or should i fab a header.should i run the mass air before or after the turbo. what kind of horses should i get.do i need to run a fmu. any help would be greatly appreciated. :)
