I need some help. I just sold my motorcycle and i need some advice. Im going to build a motor for supercharger application. I do not know what internals i need. Im real new to this. Im going with a procharger p1 but just need some advice on the internals and heads i should run. Please help.

fully forged low compression bottom end would be ideal...and a nice heads/cam setup to compliment it.
as far as what you use, that depends on your power goals.

I want about 500 or so the wheels with the procharger.

That shouldn't be hard. Just build you a stout short block with some good flowing heads and you should reach that goal. Just make sure you build your bottom end stout. I've got a Cola 4340 forged crank with Manley forged H beam rods. I'm going to use Diamond's forged blower piston with Hellfire rings along with 4 bolting the block and studding everything. I also have AFR LT4 210cc heads so I am shooting for over 600rwhp with 15 pounds of boost!

Thanks man. I think your motor is going to be awesome when you get it done. Im probably going to start on mine by the end of this month still doing some research.

Ask some motorheads in your area to find a good machine shop, then spend some time talking to their technician. When you tell him what you want to accomplish he should be able to rattle off everything that you need to do to make power, and to survive. In other words choose someone to build your engine that has built many LT1's in the past!
