GM used to make them for racing brakes. You would have to cut the ears off of the spindle and mount the bracket.

The following info is from GM parts direct, but they are GM performance parts part numbers. The spindle you could cut yourself, but the brackets seem to be pretty pricy. About $252.00 p/n:12480039 not sure if that is per set or each, says 1 but doesn't explain one what. Ls1 conversion might be a cheaper deal, the C4 stuff might work with Bob bishops C5 conversion. The C5 caliper is supposed to be stronger. Bob Bishop would be the guy to talk too. Baer brakes used c4 stuff also.

GM Racing Brakes

These modified components are used to adapt 1996 Corvette brakes to 1993-1999 Firebird and Camaro. This system is intended for racing only and is not intended for street use.
