I have a stock LT1 4L60E trans for sale. It's complete, minus the torque convertor.

I picked it up as a spare for my 94 Z, but I have no use for it now since I bought a daily driver/winter car.

I will not ship this, so please don't ask. I am in the Nothern IL/Chicago area.

I'm in the northern burbs, waukegan area... What kind of info have you got on this trans? What kind of car did it come out of, do you know it's condition?

 

I bought it from a member here. He pulled it from his car with under 80,000 miles on it, and said it worked fine. He only pulled it to install a TH400 trans. I have no reason to doubt him.

I inspected the case, and it's not cracked or anything. It looks to be in good shape. There is still a little trans fluid in it, and it is not burned and looks pretty clean.

 

BTW, it came out of a 95 Z28.

Still available. I'll even throw in a used but good poly trans mount.

I'll consider reasonable offers. I need the space in my garage so I can get started on pulling my engine out and build it.

I really don't need much for parts right now, so I would consider aftermarket (good quality) stereo equipment. I'll also consider other non-car related things, so let me know what you got, and I'll let you know if I'm interested or not

What interior was in that 97? I may be interested in a partial trade of interior and a little cash.
