I have a good friend that works at More Performance and I toured there shop last week. Very professional and they were building some crazy stuff. I have also talked to a gentleman from Fbody Motorsports and he appeared very knowledgeable as well. I don't think you could go wrong with either shop. Are you swapping in a stock LS1 or putting a built version in? I know More has there own port and polish room, they flowbench everything, and also have an Engine dyno to ensure everything is working properly before going through the trouble of dropping it into your car.

yeah i just looked at their website and it looks like theyre a pretty good shop. My goal is 390-400rwhp N/A or somewhere around that so i was thinking Head/Cam Ls1 or something. Dont know if they can hook me up with a package or something but thats what id like to do.

well at 60 an hour i would think if it is a straight swap atleast a 4 hour job but i would say just give them a call ans ask 704-948-7280

That's $60 an hour PER PERSON. If they can do an engine swap in 4 hours they should be able to pull the engine in 2 hours. I would GLADLY pay someone $120 to pull my engine so I can rebuild it myself and another $120 to put it back in when I'm done....But something tells me it would cost a lot more than that ;)

of the 2 I understand that moore is on the expensive side. and between everything needed to swap an LS1 in your looking at a hell of a lot more then 4 hours. Carolina Auto Masters also comes to mind. you might want to see what they can do as well.
