Little off topic but..

For those of you making over 500hp with forced induction How much did you spend? I just need an idea of what this costs.

A good 10k should get you started.

Fear, fear of totalling it all up.
$4000 for the supercharger
$1100 for the headers
$2000 for the heads
350 for the cam
600 for the 1.8 rockers (mistake to buy)
400 for the ls6 intake
there is other stuff that I forgot.

15k to be safe.

right now im 365 with ~1500 in the car. add another 1000 for long tubes, and another 1200 for heads/cam i expect to be close to 500....how long the bottom end lasts, i dont know.

when it comes down to it..ive kept my reciepts, but i will never tally them up.
