Anybody Know of any houses for rent/lease to buy etc?

Getting about that time to get out on my own. Id love to go and buy a house straight up..but dunno if thats gonna happen due to me recently switching jobs. Im looking for a house(i gotta have a garage and pretty much just want the freedom) that is to lease to buy..or rent to buy..etc. Wanting to stay local...between 11 and 16 mile or so. We just moved on Monday to 18 and Ryan Rd into a detached condo that we're leasing, so granted we weren't looking around your area but he might still have the comps to look up the rentals / leases to buy for your area.

I have a rental house in Shelby at 22 and Van Dyke for sale if you are interested in going that far north. Price is $175,000 and I can help with the downpayment, etc... You should be able to get into it for a few thousand. Let me know.

I have tenants in it right now who pay $1,250 month so I can't lease it to you. You could buy it and borrow 100% of the purchase price at 6% interest and pay about $1,250 - $1,300 and own it. My tenants are very good and I would not kick them out, but if someone bought it that's obviously a different story.

It is a 1,100 square foot, 3br 1 bath brick ranch with an oversize 2 car garage one a 110 x 110 lot. Built in late 50's with plaster walls, new kitchen, new windows, hardwood floors, somewhat finished basement.
