Under passenger side of car there is a grommet with a line coming out of it and going toward the rear of car. This line splits into 2 and shortly thereafter each line has 3inch long rubber tubing on it. Something is leaking from there where the rubber is. Only thing I can think of is its the emergency brake line, but I didn't think there should be any fluid in it. When it drips its dripping on my torque arm. Any help would be great I need to get this annoying leak fixed.

The parking brake doesn't have its own fluid so thats not it. You sure its not leaking out of the tailshaft of the transmission or the pinion seal of the differential? Those are pretty common leaks and easily fixed.

Too far back for tranny. Its up on the floor pan of car and those two rubber pieces are saturated in some fluid.

pinion seal of the rear end, If it leaks it will sling oil, IU have also seen it leak rear end lube past the pinion spines, and it only makes the nut and the inside of the yoke wet, but still slings the oil
