How much room is there between the swaybar and the exhaust system by the rear axle, just trying to get an idea as to how much clearance to allow since Im taking the car to the exhaust shop for them to take a look and me to basically explain exactly what I need.

BETWEEN the sway bar and axle

i think an 1" or 1 1/2"

i've seen several guys run duals under the axle and not have trouble with clearance in most driving situations. is that what you're planning

Do you mean 'between the axle and the panhard rod'?

.....no guys just like it says, how much room between the sway bar and exhaust system lol, since the sway bar is the lowest hanging part that moves with the axle. Just wondering how much clearance to allow between it and the exhaust when the suspension rebounds from a hill or bump etc... Oh and yes I am planning going under the axle, gonna try to take it to a shop to have them give me a quote and just want them to know exactly whats in store so I get a very accurate quote and they know exactly what to do.

I appologize if I came off as a jerk in that last reply, wasnt my intention just incase I did. Does anyone have any ideas that has their exhaust set up like this?

Go to LS1sounds.com and go to the page that has the picture of the exhaust. There is an F-body on there that has duals under the axle. It's not a real good picture but you get the idea.

Look at mine...I've had ZERO problems with clearance...
I've been jacked up, on a body lift, gone over the worst tracks in town with NO problems!

I took my xpipe and mufflers(moroso spiral flo's) to an a reputable local exhaust shop and had them do the work.

2.5 Aluminized Pipe + Labor = $200
I think the muffs were 100 for the pair
$60 for the tips
and 50 for the xpipe

sooo.....about $410 total
