I know I can take the back seat out, there's already no compressor or AC parts.

Are there other things not needed or that can be replaced with lighter parts?

You can still use that link as a reference. The weights might be off, but you can get the general idea of what can be removed.

 

Cool, but what can i remove, keeping the car working? That just seems to be a list of all parts.

 

Spare tire and jack if you havenlt already, smog equipment,stereo & speakers. Fiberglass hood, fiberglass fenders, alum heads, headers, aftermarket k member, alum driveshaft(rotating weight),manual rack & pinion stearing. does anybody make a fiberglass rear hatch piece(the metal part), that thing is heaver than it looks.

The fenders are already fiberglass. And VFN makes a fiberglass hatch peice. LS1speed makes lightweight carpet, and if you take the sound deadening out too thats a decent amount. Also racing seats, and ripping out the air bags will help.
