looks to me like a VFN (http://www.vfnfiberglass.com/site.htm) go to catalog then 93-02 camaro and it should be one of the first pics you see

I looked at that site already. If you look closely, the one in the pic is still probably 2inches taller than the VFN hood and look at the scoop in the middle. It's a little bit different design in my opinion
