Anybody work at icbc or do vin checks to find out a vehicles history ??

all in all, i think its $26 tax included

shows title status, if its been registered elsewhere/imported (i believe), and ALL claims on it, and what type/$$ of the claim...

i'm pretty sure of these things, but can get an actual one tomorrow, or even the info tonight, we just did one for my gf's car she just bought...

edit: also, slickdeals.net has a free carfax report on it....

They havent coughed up the VIN yet and Im getting pissed off. Thats a bad sign I think.

I have a feeling it was rolled over and blown up down in the us. Imported into alberta and patched back together . . . and then into bc to sell to me as mint condidtion lol . If its a scam car im going to report him to the cops for trying to **** me over . :cool:

I have one of my guys going down there today and he'll stop in if he can. He'll get the VIN and maybe talk to the sales guy for a bit, if he can.

Hey Dave the car is not at the lot yet they said they will have it out there on monday or tuesday, there has been lots of interest $54,950 is a firm price. He had some pics of it, silver with the chrome GTS rims, 46,000Km, he said the car looks good and in good condition, they have it at there shop right now making sure everything is perfect. The guy who is looking after the Viper was not there although the guy i talked to gave me his card....info is below.

how does the dealership look? does not sound right to me!

The dealership is in between two auto-body shops, entrace is off an alley, the dealership...lot and offices... is about as big as my driveway ;)
