My car will have a cc306 ,shorties with "2" 2 1/2" bullets and turndowns(both cars), 4.10's .auto trans,elect w/p, bypass,3200 stall,1.6 rr's,ex612 valve springs,home ported stock heads with 2.02 1.6 valves ,.029 head gasket,milled .015,26/12" slicks,stock weight(100 shot if needed). The other car will be stock weight,327 eng,4.10's,26" slicks,bored .060 over with 12.5 to 1 pistons ,pro 1 215 heads not ported or milled 2.05 1.6 valves,cam is around 300 300 duration with .580 lift hyd(he says).,750 holley double pumper,dominator intake,4 speed manual,cam gears set at 0 on both cars,
Just would like an opinion on who's will cross the 1/4 mile mark first.

I think the 97 beacuse of suspension and power : weight ratios

LOL! Don't think so. Beat him at the track, then tell him you must have 800-900 hp. :D

That's quite high for that combo... I'd say closer to the 400-500 mark... if he tunes it right.

Yea, take it to the track, bow him away, then do as shoebox says :D
