Hey its been a long time since ive been on these boards, i did have a 2000 camaro z28 but my stupid driving ruined that. I bought a 1989 firebird v6 and have every intention in the world to put a 383 that i built in it. I was wanting to know. Do i need to get a new k member, how will i run the carb on the electric fuel pump, and Where can i get a good 12 bolt for this bad boy??????

No, you will not need a new K-member. You will need to move the motor mounts forward to put in the 383. Don't waste your time with stockers, buy Moroso solid mounts. Frame mounts and engine mounts together should run you $50. Well worth it IMO, especially considering my Hooker Super Comps (headers) fit perfectly.

Carb with electric fuel pump is super common man, just do a little research.

You can get a 12-bolt or Ford 9 inch rear from Moser and others. They aren't cheap, but they do bolt in nicely and work well.

Just know that swapping a real hot small block is still a lot of work and money. My project came in way over budget but man does it scream.
