ls1 6.0 iron block motor on 2 stages of spray

I jsut purchased a 2002 6.0 ls1 block out of a cadillac escalade and im gonna put eagle rods and crank in it. I want to put a 2 stage nos kit on the car 100 out the hole then 200. will the motor hold that i wanna try to run in the high 9's or very low 10s thats why i got the iron block for strenth. im also gonna use the engine girddle also. the compression will be 8.5 to 1. I also need to know what heads to use the 6.0 heads or the corvette ls6 heads. Where can i find out what i need to do to stroke this motor out. is there a website or what . thanks guys for your help.
