If you want a solenoid that flows the most use an NOS 16058 with a 16002 coil. That solenoid has a .250" orfice. But of off the shelf solenoids a 16045 or 16048R or equvilant from other companys.

well the first solenoid is kind of a joke it is a remote opener with a "cheater" nitrous coil on it so it works like a regular solenoid. It will flow more than just about any other solenoid out there but it needs a very good filter or it can stick. The 16045 has a .110" orifice and will flow aroun 350-400hp. The 16048R is a "Pro-Race" solenoid it has a .116" orifice and is a bottom discharge for less pressure drop. The problem with it is it has a teflon plunger which while being very durable will tend to leak if not seated properly. The teflon will not form to the seat and if any dirt gets in them they will leak. They will flow 400+hp and are good if you are using a progressive controler. The most practical of the 3 is the 16045.
