help

i need help as well.................. is there anyway to test a tic toc tach cirucuit board or tach?............ my car is a 68 and has a new wiring harness... i have two circuit boards...an old one,..the lights in the guages work but no tach....the new curcuit board nothing works.....

i also have msd 6al and pro billet distributor.... are those items compatible with that guage cluster?

if more information is needed please ask. i am new to this year..i dont have a wiring diagram...so i am stuck...
