I was wondering if the wheels you see at SLP's and Summit racings websites are new. Are they refurbished? I don't know, but they're only 100 bucks a peice. That's not too bad for a brand new wheel, if that's what it is. I need to know ASAP because I have to replace 2 of mine.
Oh, and also, are the tires that come stock on the SS Goodyear Eagle F1 GS?
Any help is appercieated.

what is not new about the wheels? My understanding is the are either new or Take Offs (TO). Which did your order?

I specifically asked the guy when I called Summit racing, if the wheels were new. And he said they were. And all the other guys I asked on this site said they were too. Well one of them has a scuff on the bead, and they both were dirty and had those black streaks like they had been mounted and balanced before.
I used the, but I was kinda pissed that they weren't new.

I would have called them on that since they were obviously take offs. Either the sales people were not telling the truth or you were shipped the wrong wheels. Either way you should let them know so it doesn't happen again.
