Gonna buy a used nitrous kit, what to look for?

Im gonna buy a used dry nitrous kit for 300 off a family member,, im a nitrous newbie so what should i look for in the kit,, and what does the lt1 use, the plate or the fogger, and i also need some pics of a kit so i know what all is there in case something is missing

The solenoids should not pass air thru them if blown thru while not being energized, this will show you if the plungers are sealing while closed! They must do this or they will nedd rebuilt.
Next check the coil on them, they should measure the following ohms.
I only have data for NOS stuff
# 16004 cheater... 1.2 ohms
# 16024 powershot..1.4 ohms
# 16044 proshot..... 1.2 ohms
#16054 cheater ..... 7.5 ohms
# 16058 remoute bottle opner... 11.2/ 6.0
#16084 powershot... 20.8 ohms

ok i just went and checked the kit out,, im not for sure now if its a dry kit because it has a fuel solenoid and the fogger has 2 hookups on one side that say n2o and fuel,, so now im guessing its a wet nx kit, am i right on this,, and can someone show me pics of what all hardware is necessary to hook it up so i can make sure everything is there
